Aureus Conservatory is Singapore’s tertiary music institution, specialising in Music Education and Pedagogy. Its mission is to nurture dedicated, professional and creative graduates who will be readily employable upon graduation as future ambassadors for music in Singapore and the world.
The Conservatory offers courses that are designed to be applicable and interactive to help students best prepare for designing their career as musicians and educators. Its faculty is headed by some of the world’s most recognised artists and scholars, including Melvyn Tan, Singapore’s representative pianist, Bill Thomson, a leading music educator and one of the most distinguished leader in the Asia ABRSM scene, and many more highly qualified musicians.
Aureus Conservatory is a sister institution of Aureus Academy, Singapore’s fastest growing premier music school founded in 2013 with over 5,000 students and 200 full-time music lecturers. The Conservatory will open its doors in 2019, and is dedicated to expanding and sharing knowledge, nurturing musical talent, and inspiring a future generation of musicians. It aims to produce 100% employable students, preparing them with real-life scenarios and experiences from the very beginning of their musical journey here.
